Originally focused on Quality Assurance/Quality Control programs, we are developing into a full CM firm. Safety and Security Verification
Our team has unique experience in the safety and security verification and certification process involved in public utility work involving Mass Transit facilities. We help our clients build and complete tracking systems needed for the Public Utilities Commission certifications and verification.
Expert Witness Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)/Field Installation Testing (FIT)/Auditors
The Montez Group provides experts to audit fabrication and manufacturing facilities for Quality Compliance/Contract Compliance/Witness FAT/FIT and assist in certifying contract compliance in fabrication facilities and field.

Materials Testing/Inspection Services
We are proud to announce our AASHTO-accredited testing laboratory, located conveniently in the heart of San Francisco, CA near city Collage and the Balboa Bart Station. Our San Francisco laboratory is AASHTO-accredited to perform concrete, aggregates and soils testing.
Project/Program Quality Management
The Montez Group sets up and manages Quality Management Programs for projects within the Construction and Architecture industry. Our team writes and implements a Quality Management System (QMS), while auditing project implementation and supplying project staff to perform management and inspection for complex projects. Our company will set up and manage Quality Programs ranging from senior management to administrative support.
Construction Management (CM)
The Montez Group team builds professional CM teams to staff successful projects for our clients. We support our clients by providing experienced and knowledgeable Project Managers, Project Engineers, Office Engineers, Cost Engineers, and Administrative Staff. We value experience and commitment to delivering exceptional projects by partnering with highly effective project teams.
Project Controls (Scheduling/Cost Management)

Our knowledgeable consultation team provides cost and programmatic support for our clients. Our team uses project lifecycle management software to track and analyze project performance metrics in order to provide recommendations to our clients so that they are able to make prudent decisions about project cost, scheduling, and sequencing of activities.
