UCSF PARNASSUS HEIGHTS
San Francisco, CA

The UCSF Parnassus Renovation Project is a comprehensive effort to modernize and revitalize UCSF's original campus located at Parnassus Heights. This ambitious project is guided by UCSF’s Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) which was initially approved in 2014 and later amended in 2021. The renovation aims to replace outdated facilities with cutting-edge buildings, ensuring UCSF continues to be a leader in innovation for research, education, and healthcare delivery.

The project's initial phase, starting in 2021, involves four priority projects scheduled over the first ten years. These include the Irving Street Arrival, the Parnassus Research and Academic Building (PRAB), the New Hospital at UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center at Parnassus Heights, and the Aldea Housing Initial Phase Densification project.

Montez Group was involved in the project's quality management, inspection, and testing, ensuring high standards of construction and structural integrity.
