Montez Group provided cost, schedule, and overall programmatic support for the SFO Planning Design and Construction (PD&C) Ascent Program, which consisted of 183 projects with a total budget of $7.1 billion. Montez Group used the project lifecycle management software Unifier to track and analyze project performance metrics, providing recommendations to the client (SFO) to support prudent decisions regarding program/project cost, scheduling, and sequencing of activities.
Montez Group also tracked and performed a monthly analysis of Local Business Enterprise (LBE) participation within this program. Tracking this information helped ensure local business growth and further revitalized the San Francisco economy. LBE participation was reported at the SFO Executive Advisory Board’s monthly meetings, where decisions were made regarding the overall direction and implementation of the program.
